BOVINE BODYWORK

 

Heifers grow up to become hard working girls. They spend much of their lives pregnant, and the rest of the time producing milk. That means, depending on the gal, she carries from 4 to 10 gallons of milk--that's 35-85 pounds--around in her udder all day long. All moms can probably imagine, full-time pregnancy and nursing can be a waring life. Without a little healing now and then, heifers can get gimpy and back-sore.....
